This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of le Conseil des ecoles catholiques de Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des ecoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), and itself, collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, is seeking a discount off catalogue/website list prices for the supply and delivery of early education learning materials and teaching resources on a standing agreement “as and when required” basis. |
