Welcome to the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board Bid Opportunities Website

This site allows potential Bidders to create a Bidding System Vendor account.  Bidders select commodity codes for goods and services and the Bidding System will notify the Vendor by email of Bid opportunities matching their commodity code selection.

Public tenders, bids and request for proposals are posted on this website.  Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

Important: Starting January 2021

OCDSB is transitioning to bids&tenders to track and manage contracts.

In order for OCDSB to manage contracts more effectively and ensure seamless communication with vendors, please create a free online account on the OCDSB bids&tenders portal.

If your company already has an account with bids&tenders, please have the primary contact add you to the company profile. This will ensure you receive reminders, notifications and communications applicable to you as we implement the solution.

We will be transitioning in January 2021, a bids&tenders account will be required for any vendor doing business with OCDSB as of that date. 

Vendors that have not registered with bids&tenders will be rejected
