This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to provide a submission for the supply and installation of exterior aluminum signs and line painting services at various District facilities on an “as and when required” standing agreement basis, as further described in Section A of the RFSA Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
