The District requires one contractor to provide chemical water treatment services for the heating and cooling plants within the District system in accordance with the Scope of Work defined herein. The facilities and systems requiring these services are listed under Appendix C – Rate Bid Form.

The treatment services are to include:

(a)          Consulting Services, including advice and recommendations on the application and type of chemicals, frequency of treatment;   

(b)          Supplying of all necessary chemicals, test reagents and test equipment;

(c)           Servicing of a Technical Representative as detailed in the Guide Specifications Section; and

(d)          If proposed by Proponent, performing chemical cleaning of all systems as specified in the Specifications Section.
