This Request for Standing Agreement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to provide a submission for the provision of services for one (1) qualified firm to provide turf management (aeration, fertilization and overseeding) in an environmentally responsible fashion for forty-two (42) fields at twenty-six (26) District sites as identified on Appendix C – Pricing on an “as-and-when requested” basis, as further described in Section A of the RFSA Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
