This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) on behalf of le Conseil des écoles catholiques du Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des écoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB) and itself, herein collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, to prospective proponents to submit proposals for emergency generator servicing to maintain the Purchaser’s electrical generators in peak operating condition and thereby minimize emergency service calls.
The Purchaser has a combined total of 127 emergency generators with in the City of Ottawa that will receive preventative maintenance servicing under this contract. |
