This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of the Ottawa Catholic School Board (the “ OCSB”), Renfrew County District School Board (the “RCDSB”), Conseil des écoles publiques de l'Est de l'Ontario (the “CEPEO”)  and itself, herein collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of custodial equipment on an “as-and-when-requested-basis” standing agreement, as further described in Section A of the  ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
