This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the provision of the supply and installation of patio stones, paver walkways and landscaping based on unit rates on an “as-and-when requested” standing agreement basis, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
