This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”), on behalf of le Conseil des ecoles catholiques de Centre-Est (CECCE), le Conseil des ecoles publiques de l’Est de l’Ontario (CEPEO), the Ottawa Catholic School Board (OCSB), and itself,  collectively referred to as the “Purchaser”, is seeking core list pricing and  discount off catalogue/website list prices for the supply and delivery of Library Supplies on a standing agreement “as and when required” basis.
