This Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) is an invitation by the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board (the “District”) to prospective bidders who presently hold an Eljen certification or are in the process of becoming Eljen authorized installers, to submit bids for septic system replacement at Crystal Bay Centre for Special Education as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
